Shipping policy

In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible and eliminate waste, all products are made to order. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be shipped.

We currently only ship domestically, All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Thank you for your patience. Orders over $75 will ship for free you will receive an automatic confirmation email when you place your order.

Misunderstood fl is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. all risks associated are assumed by the courier. however, if your item is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate measures to solve the problem.
